Senior Specialist, End-user Computing

Location: Onsite at hirify.global One North office, Singapore

What you will do

• Guide IT specialists in daily operations and resolve escalated complex technical issues.
• Lead responses to Major Incident Management situations.
• Oversee ticket management, SLA compliance, and collaboration with managed service and external vendors.
• Manage the full IT asset lifecycle, CMDB accuracy, and device or service bills of materials.
• Maintain operational documentation and improve IT service processes.
• Support technology projects, cross-functional operations, EUC security policies, and compliance.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in IT operations support or a related field.
• ITIL or another relevant IT service management certification.
• Proficiency in ITSM, ticket reporting, SLA monitoring, hardware asset management, and CMDB maintenance.
• Experience with mixed macOS and Windows environments.
• Experience managing or guiding technical support teams and resolving complex issues.
• Proficiency in AI, data analytics, and reporting tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Power BI, and DataLoader; flexibility to support urgent maintenance windows and major incidents outside standard hours.
