H&M Store Manager - Rimrock Mall (Retail)

Location: Rimrock Mall, Billings, Montana, USA; onsite, full-time

Salary: $73,400–$83,500 annually

What you will do

• Lead the full store team and deliver a consistent omni-channel customer experience.
• Set, analyze, and follow up on sales and budget goals, creating plans to improve results and profitability.
• Maintain visual merchandising, commercial presentation, stock levels, garment care, pricing, and store standards.
• Manage customer service routines, fitting rooms, checkout, returns, exchanges, and in-store omni services.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, develop, and evaluate employees while managing succession planning.
• Oversee scheduling, administration, maintenance, security, health and safety, legal procedures, and opening and closing routines.

Requirements

• Leadership experience with responsibility for others.
• Retail management and retail operations experience.
• Experience collaborating closely with a team.
• Strong coaching, communication, analytical, problem-solving, numerical, and statistics-management skills.
• Knowledge of fashion trends, products, competitors, customers, and the local retail market.
• Availability to work onsite in Billings, Montana, USA.
