Sales Manager (Part Time, Retail)

Location: East Hanover, New Jersey, United States; on-site retail position

Salary: $18.25–$22.25 per hour, based on experience and location

What you will do

• Welcome customers and help families choose products, styles, features, and benefits for children from preemie through size 14.
• Maintain a customer-focused sales floor and deliver consistent omnichannel service.
• Coach associates, provide in-the-moment feedback, recognize strong performance, and escalate performance concerns to the Store Manager.
• Act as Leader on Duty by driving results, responding to customer concerns, and resolving issues appropriately.
• Execute assigned business priorities, use customer feedback to identify opportunities, and support customer loyalty programs.
• Promote a safe, inclusive store environment and support asset protection through customer service and operational controls.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Positive, solutions-oriented mindset and effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and use Outlook, Excel, web navigation, and other workplace technology.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, frequently bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull, stand or walk for extended periods, and use a ladder.
• Availability may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
