Lead Supervisor I (Retail)

Location: McLean, Virginia, USA (Tysons - Coach); full-time, in-store retail role.

Base pay: $17.00–$27.75 per hour.

What you will do

• Lead the sales floor, support store operations, achieve sales targets, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Represent Coach values, increase brand awareness, and implement company initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve store performance.
• Recruit, interview, train, evaluate, coach, and provide performance feedback to team members.
• Build a collaborative, inclusive, customer-centric culture and mentor the team on clienteling strategies.
• Support HR matters, conflict resolution, policy compliance, and operational procedures when needed.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail environment at Lead Supervisor level.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to climb, bend, kneel, reach, stretch, and maneuver through the sales floor and stockroom.
• Strong leadership, customer focus, strategic agility, interpersonal skills, and ability to drive results.
• Ability to develop employees, build effective teams, give direct feedback, and manage ambiguity.
