Team Leader (Retail)

Location: Woodfield Mall, Schaumburg, Illinois, United States; onsite retail role with availability to work across the full week and weekends for at least 4 days.

Hourly wage: $22.10–$25.30.

What you will do

• Lead and inspire Sales Associates while promoting hirify.global Brand values, safety, and outstanding customer service.
• Train team members in customer service, product knowledge, and visual merchandising standards.
• Review sales and margin information to identify opportunities to improve profitable sales.
• Maintain store graphics, pricing, fixtures, replenishment, and effective space management.
• Evaluate competitor visual merchandising and communicate opportunities to develop the business.

Requirements

• Leadership or management experience in a retail store environment.
• Experience delivering employee training.
• Experience with cash handling, inventory or sales auditing, and automated point-of-sale systems.
• Experience with merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising.
• Ability to constantly move, talk, hear, reach, grab, and stand for at least two consecutive hours; ability to lift at least 30 lbs.
• Availability for up to 30 hours per week, covering the full week and weekend with a minimum of 4 available days.
