EHS Value Stream Leader (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Provide practical, site-wide Environmental Health and Safety support across manufacturing, Facilities, and support functions.
• Lead and improve EHS management systems, including audits, compliance activities, action tracking, and continuous improvement.
• Manage environmental permits, industrial hygiene monitoring, occupational health screening, and regulatory reporting.
• Drive incident investigations, process safety initiatives, chemical management, management of change, contractor control, and environmental compliance.
• Support statutory inspections, infrastructure projects, business continuity planning, emergency exercises, and site improvement programs.

Requirements

• Degree in a relevant discipline or a NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Practical experience embedding EHS into day-to-day operations.
• Strong communication and influencing skills for working with shopfloor teams, contractors, senior leaders, and regulatory bodies.
• Ability to coach and influence others while building trust and promoting a strong safety culture.
