Manufacturing Cell Leader (Team Lead)

Location: On-site at Denby, Derbyshire, near Little Eaton, United Kingdom. Full-time shift role with 38.5 contracted hours per week. Front shift: 06:00–14:05 Monday–Thursday and 06:00–12:10 Friday. Back shift: 13:55–22:00 Monday–Thursday and 12:00–18:10 Friday.

What you will do

• Lead operators and organise the manufacturing cell to deliver dispensing, mixing, or filling production and asset-care plans.
• Operate automated and semi-automated processes according to defined product specifications.
• Deliver production plans on time while following Safety, Health & Environment, Quality Assurance, and planning requirements.
• Verify that manufactured products meet required specifications and quality standards.
• Escalate safety, quality, and asset-care concerns and maintain a clean, organised, shift-ready work area.
• Participate in SHE and QA processes, share improvement ideas, and use the Good Spot system.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a regulated environment.
• Experience with safety, health and environment, hygiene, and quality compliance.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing production environment.
• Clear and effective communication at all levels.
• Positive, proactive attitude and the ability to engage professionally and respectfully with colleagues.
