Partner Sales Engineer (France) (IAM)

Location: Remote - Paris, France; travel up to 30% of the time.

What you will do

• Build and maintain technical sales relationships with delivery partners and system integrators.
• Deliver partner enablement through technical presentations, workshops, whiteboarding sessions, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept projects.
• Provide pre-sales technical guidance during qualification, discovery, and technical proof phases.
• Develop reusable mobile and web application demonstrations, APIs, and platform configurations.
• Identify partner enablement gaps and create plans to improve technical capability and sales results.
• Collaborate with field sales engineering, partner, marketing, training, and account teams across Europe and developing markets.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in customer-facing professional services or pre-sales roles.
• Strong system integrator industry knowledge and experience with enterprise IAM solutions.
• Experience with scripting languages, RESTful web services, web development frameworks, and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Knowledge of IAM technologies, protocols, and formats including OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, SCIM, LDAP, JSON, XML, and SQL.
• Understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, HTTP/S, routing, load balancers, and proxies.
• French proficiency is required; English is also required for communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with Ping Identity, ForgeRock, Okta, Auth0, SailPoint, CA, Oracle, or similar IAM technologies.
• Experience with mobile and hybrid development frameworks.
• Spanish proficiency.
• Consultancy experience with external stakeholders and collaboration with sales organizations.
