Sales Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst

Location: Remote from the Philippines or South Africa

Salary: Circa £500 per month, depending on experience and location

What you will do

• Review recorded outbound sales calls against a structured QA checklist.
• Assess lead qualification, process adherence, accuracy, and appointment quality.
• Compare CRM records with information discussed during calls.
• Score and document QA results while maintaining accurate records and reports.
• Flag poor-quality or incorrectly qualified leads and provide clear written feedback.
• Identify recurring quality issues and complete reviews within required timelines.

Requirements

• Experience in QA, call monitoring, outbound sales, appointment setting, or call centre operations.
• Strong English comprehension, particularly for UK customer conversations, and good written English.
• Excellent attention to detail, listening, analytical, and organisational skills.
• Ability to follow a structured QA checklist consistently and review a high volume of recorded calls.
• Experience with CRM systems and spreadsheets; ability to work independently.
• Reliable laptop or desktop, stable high-speed internet, suitable headphones or headset, and a quiet home workspace.

Nice to have

• Sales QA or call-monitoring experience.
• Familiarity with UK accents and terminology.
• Experience in appointment-setting or lead-generation environments.
• Experience in home improvement, construction, energy efficiency, or related industries.
