Conformance Analyst (with product conformity experience)

Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa, Metro Manila, Philippines; hybrid work arrangement with an expectation to be onsite for 2 to 6 months depending on the affiliate country.

What you will do

• Process inspection requests and verify the accuracy and completeness of submitted information.
• Execute registration, licensing and conformity certification workflows, including CoC issuance, amendments and replacements.
• Validate external parties, manage orders and documentation in approved operational systems, and transmit contractual documents for certification processing.
• Request quality and transaction documents, follow up with exporters, generate invoices, register payments and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor blocking actions, inspection execution, sampling and testing, and coordinate timely certificate issuance and delivery.
• Prepare status reports for the Switzerland operation and support QMS maintenance and compliance with country instructions.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent professional qualification, with at least 3 years of relevant sector or company experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in trade or import-export back-office operations.
• Fluent English is required for collaboration with the Switzerland team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document and data processing.
• Proficiency with operational systems, including LIMS and approved order and document management tools.
• Availability to work onsite for 2 to 6 months as required by the affiliate country.
