Sales Consultant Joint Reconstruction Orthopaedics

Location: Amersfoort, Utrecht, Netherlands; South West region of the Netherlands. The role requires travel to customer sites, hospitals, conferences, and training events.

Salary: €55,000–€88,090 annual base pay, plus an annual bonus or sales commissions.

What you will do

• Provide clinical insights and guidance during the use of medical devices.
• Train healthcare professionals and conduct workshops on device use.
• Develop user guides, clinical protocols, educational materials, and best practices.
• Support clinical documentation for regulatory submissions and provide input to sales and marketing strategies.
• Participate in customer meetings, product demonstrations, trade shows, conferences, and training events.
• Address customer concerns about clinical applications and product performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in nursing, biomedical engineering, medicine, or a related healthcare discipline.
• 3–5 years of clinical experience in a hospital or medical setting.
• Experience with medical devices in a clinical, regulatory, or consulting capacity.
• Previous orthopaedics experience is required.
• Ability to translate clinical needs into technical and product requirements, work independently and collaboratively, and solve problems effectively.
• Excellent Dutch and good English are required; understanding of the Limburg dialect is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in training, education, or clinical research.
• Experience as a physiotherapist or scrub nurse in an orthopaedic setting.
• Understanding of the Limburg dialect.
