Indirect Procurement Buyer (Hybrid)

Location: Hybrid-based in Marysville, Ohio, United States; limited business travel may be required.

Salary: $70,600–$83,100 per year.

What you will do

• Support sourcing projects across MRO, office supplies, PPE, facilities management, landscaping, and utilities.
• Conduct market analysis, RFQs, negotiations, contract initiation, and contract management.
• Build relationships with internal business partners and suppliers while supporting demand management and continuous improvement.
• Identify cost-saving and value-added opportunities and support contract renewals and spend-under-management growth.
• Analyze industry factors, financial impact, risk, business decisions, and total cost of ownership.
• Create and reconcile purchase orders, review vendors, manage leases, and maintain catalog vendor assortments in Ariba.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant procurement experience.
• Experience with one or more targeted products or services.
• Negotiation and analytical skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally, communicate clearly, act autonomously, and escalate issues when needed.
• Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office experience required, with GSuite experience advantageous.
