Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Onsite at 4055 Royal Dr NW, Kennesaw, GA 30144, USA. Monday–Friday, 11:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m.; Friday availability is required from open to close.

Starting compensation: $75,000–$80,000 per year.

What you will do

• Assist the Warehouse Manager with supervising daily warehouse operations.
• Recruit, interview, train, and assign work to warehouse team members.
• Coordinate receiving, storage, picking, sorting, packing, stocking, and loading of food products and support goods.
• Maintain inventory control, support physical inventory counts, and prepare weekly loading schedules.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments, review load sheets, and complete daily reporting and paperwork.
• Maintain OSHA-compliant safety practices, positive customer relationships, and audit- and 5S-ready operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; some college with equivalent work experience is accepted, and a two-year degree is preferred.
• 2–3 years of warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience.
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience.
• Must have and maintain forklift certification.
• Thorough knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, OSHA regulations, and Microsoft Office.
• Must pass a background check every third year on the employment anniversary date.
