Associate Relationship Manager, Depositary Services, EMEA (Fintech): Managing client relationships and depositary oversight for Irish funds with an accent on investment restriction reviews, regulatory compliance, fund reporting, and trustee operations. Location: Limerick, Ireland. Applicants must have the right to work in Ireland for the duration of employment.

What you will do

  • Support the management, development, and maintenance of client relationships.
  • Service allocated clients independently, escalate issues, and coordinate internal queries.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting for fund boards and clients and present reports where appropriate.
  • Review prospectuses and other fund documentation from a depositary perspective.
  • Monitor investment restrictions, fund risk assessments, breaches, and material pricing errors, including required reporting to fund boards and the Central Bank of Ireland.
  • Monitor global custodians and prime brokers, contribute to regulatory and process-improvement projects, and submit management information to depositary committees.

Requirements

  • Previous financial services experience in a depositary, trustee, compliance, or audit role.
  • Functional knowledge of funds, ideally including complex asset and fund structures.
  • Understanding of depositary and trustee laws and regulations, particularly Irish fund requirements.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, technical, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work within a multi-team structure and independently.
  • Existing right to work in Ireland is required; employment permit sponsorship is not available.
