What you will do

• Develop high-volume consumer products from concept generation through mass production, product launch, and ongoing improvement.
• Create and implement electronic designs using professional workflows and Altium and Cadence tools.
• Apply analogue and digital circuit design expertise across modern embedded platforms.
• Balance BOM cost requirements with broader project and product requirements.
• Design products for compliance with applicable UK, EU, and US standards and regulations.
• Work hands-on with interdisciplinary teams and support the development of less experienced engineers.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience developing and delivering electronic designs into service or mass production.
• Experience across the full product lifecycle, from concept through launch and improvement.
• Strong knowledge of analogue and digital electronics and embedded platforms.
• Degree in electronic engineering or a related subject from a leading university.
• Ability to gain UK SC security clearance; in practice, this requires sole UK nationality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex engineering concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

• Existing UK SC security clearance.

Hiring process

• Two 60-minute competency or technical interviews.
• Final 60-minute meeting with a PA leader, including a mini case study and discussion of client-centricity.
