R&D Project Manager (Industrial Equipment)

What you will do

• Lead multiple new and customized product development projects from concept through commercialization.
• Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Manage project changes and risks throughout the product development process.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely product delivery.
• Lead project meetings and coordinate prototype building, testing, and documentation.

Requirements

• University degree, preferably in Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience managing product development projects in international companies or teams within industrial equipment.
• Good understanding of traditional and Agile project management methodologies and processes.
• Ability to work in continuously changing environments and manage change.
• Strong organization, teamwork, leadership, coaching, communication, and people skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
