Project Manager, Laboratory (Clinical Research)

What you will do

• Coordinate project and programme management delivery for laboratory clinical studies.
• Act as the sponsor’s main contact for hirify.global services and day-to-day study management.
• Manage 10–15 studies in accordance with Good Clinical Practice.
• Represent hirify.global at sponsor meetings and provide regular study progress reports.
• Resolve project issues, support sponsor personnel through ICOLAB, and develop team capability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field.
• Previous project management experience in a laboratory or clinical research setting.
• Experience managing multiple studies and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and documentation management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and represent the organization professionally in sponsor meetings.
