Product Development Engineer (Healthcare)

Location: Castlebar, Mayo, Ireland; the role involves work with the manufacturing plant and face-to-face meetings.

What you will do

• Manage product-specific R&D projects, including New Product Introduction projects in the manufacturing plant.
• Coordinate project activities, milestones, status updates, face-to-face meetings, and teleconferences.
• Write validation protocols, coordinate and execute trials, and prepare trial reports.
• Administer projects and ensure compliance with project plans.
• Manage product, process, and supplier changes affecting products manufactured in Castlebar.
• Coordinate Value Improvement Processes, EMS boards, troubleshooting, investigations, and product development best practices.

Requirements

• Degree in Science, Engineering, Chemistry, or Biology.
• Strong relevant pharmaceutical or healthcare experience.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with different plant functions.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
