Solutions Engineer (Cybersecurity)

Location: Stockholm, Sweden; regional travel of approximately 30–35% is required.

What you will do

• Act as a technical advisor to enterprise customers and partners throughout the sales cycle.
• Lead proofs of concept and support the implementation of hirify.global solutions.
• Deliver technical demonstrations of Trend Cloud solutions and integrations across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Design and explain solutions for complex cloud and cybersecurity challenges.
• Build technical relationships with customers and strategic partners while supporting alliance initiatives and beta programs.
• Develop internal technical readiness and subject-matter expertise across hirify.global technologies.

Requirements

• Background in architecture, software development, networking, systems engineering, sales engineering, solutions engineering, or professional services.
• For experienced candidates: 3+ years in sales engineering, solutions engineering, or professional services.
• For experienced candidates: 3+ years working with cybersecurity products such as firewalls, antivirus, IDS/IPS, or content security.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP environments.
• Strong understanding of security incidents, cloud architectures, security best practices, communication, presentation, and customer-facing work.
• Ability to solve problems, work collaboratively, and translate complex technical concepts into business value.

Nice to have

• Experience in SOC, incident response, or security operations.
• CEH, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, AWS, or comparable security certifications.
• Scripting experience with Python, PowerShell, and/or Bash.
