What you will do

  • Lead the response to high-impact operational and cyber-security incidents across banking and financial-services systems.
  • Coordinate technical teams, domain owners, and senior stakeholders during high-pressure incidents.
  • Make and communicate real-time decisions while priorities shift and information is incomplete.
  • Establish incident ownership, challenge assumptions, and drive root-cause analysis and mitigation.
  • Apply DORA, NIS2, GDPR, and PCI DSS requirements to incident management and reporting.

Requirements

  • Experience leading high-impact incidents as a cyber incident manager or operations lead.
  • Background in incident management, cyber incident response, or blue-team work.
  • Strong technical understanding of banking and financial-services environments.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS or another large-scale cloud environment.
  • Ability to make decisions under pressure and coordinate multiple stakeholders clearly.
  • Willingness to work from Stockholm and participate in a compensated on-call rotation.
