Focus on diagnosing complex workplace incidents, supporting printers and network infrastructure, maintaining asset and knowledge documentation, and enabling users through clear technical guidance.
Location: Fully onsite in Berlin or Munich, Germany

What you will do
- Maintain IT systems and ensure high operational standards at client locations.
- Resolve software, hardware, device, printer, network, and meeting-room support issues.
- Handle ServiceNow tickets, document incidents and solutions, and maintain knowledge articles.
- Provide step-by-step technical guidance, end-user training, and education.
- Support asset, stock, site operations, and IT goods management.
Requirements
- At least two years of relevant IT support experience.
- Fluent German at C1 level and fluent English required.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Windows, Apple operating systems, and Microsoft Office 365.
- Experience with hardware maintenance, software deployment, printers, scanners, servers, storage, Wi-Fi, network cabling, and meeting-room equipment.
- Experience with asset management, knowledge management, stock management, and end-user device support.
