What you will do
- Own day-to-day IT operations for the London Receiving Center, including networks, endpoints, communications, and physical security systems.
- Provide on-site troubleshooting for hardware, software, connectivity, and employee support requests.
- Coordinate UK fiber and WAN providers, local vendors, facility cabling, switch racking, camera installations, access control, and IDF setup.
- Deploy and manage Windows and macOS workstations, laptops, tablets, printers, scanners, and mobile devices throughout their lifecycle.
- Operate Cisco Meraki MV cameras, access control systems, HID credentials, LAN/WAN connectivity, and Cato Networks Zero Trust configurations.
- Document site procedures, maintain asset inventory, support procurement, participate in global IT meetings, and provide after-hours or on-call support as needed.
Requirements
- Onsite presence in the London office five days per week is required.
- 3–5 years of hands-on IT support and infrastructure experience, preferably in an operational, logistics, warehouse, fulfillment, or similar environment.
- Strong networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, VLANs, switching, and Wi-Fi; Cisco Meraki experience is preferred.
- Experience deploying and supporting Windows and macOS endpoints at scale, plus MDM or endpoint management tools such as ManageEngine Endpoint Central, Jamf, or Intune.
- Experience with IP camera systems, physical access control hardware, troubleshooting, and independent issue resolution.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with a remote global IT team, including flexibility for some US time-zone meetings.
Nice to have
- Experience with Cisco Meraki switching, Wi-Fi, and MV cameras.
- Familiarity with Cato Networks, Zscaler, or other Zero Trust and SASE platforms.
- Administration experience with Google Workspace, Okta, and Slack.
- Knowledge of structured cabling, MDF/IDF architecture, ITIL, or service management frameworks.
- Experience supporting warehouse, fulfillment, or grading operations.
