Data Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Remote anywhere in the continental United States or from the corporate office in Utah

What you will do

• Build, maintain, and improve decision systems and predictive models that support competitive advantage.
• Explore internal and external data sources and use findings to improve model performance.
• Design, implement, and analyze in-market experiments for new algorithms, technologies, and processes.
• Prototype technology-driven solutions to business problems.
• Recommend and support strategic changes through rigorous analytics and creative problem-solving.
• Identify, evaluate, and help implement advanced analytics methods.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in product or data analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field such as mathematics, statistics, economics, engineering, physics, or computer science.
• Experience with R, Python, machine learning tools, and SQL.
• Demonstrated experience applying advanced models to real-world problems.
• Ability to design rigorous research and evaluation studies.

Nice to have

• Experience in engineering environments.
• Knowledge of DevOps and Git.
• Experience using and implementing agentic AI.
