Finance Solutions Engineer (SaaS)

What you will do

• Partner with the Sales team to design and build high-impact Proofs of Concept (POCs) for prospective customers.
• Translate complex customer requirements into functional hirify.global models and dashboards.
• Own and maintain demo environments to ensure they reflect the latest product capabilities.
• Create new demo assets and use cases tailored to different industries and business segments.
• Develop repeatable POC frameworks, demo templates, and playbooks to support GTM strategy.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, Finance, Investment Banking, or Consulting.
• Strong financial modeling skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Solid understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, LTV/CAC) and business models.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems with a commercial mindset.
• High learning velocity and comfort with picking up new software tools.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Toronto office.

Nice to have

• Experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or customer-facing analytics.
• Background in building or maintaining product demo environments.
• Exposure to financial planning or BI tools.
• Previous experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
