What you will do

• Analyse and map regulatory requirements and business processes.
• Work with business teams to identify requirements and assess impact across the investment chain.
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into technical solutions.
• Use Python to analyse data and develop practical solutions.
• Help build new processes and solutions from the ground up.
• Bridge business needs, regulatory requirements, and technology.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience as a Business Analyst with strong Python development experience.
• Experience with compliance and regulatory requirements in financial services.
• Knowledge of asset management, financial products, and the investment chain.
• Experience working with DORA, MiFID, EMIR, SFDR, and Market Abuse Regulation.
• Senior-level experience, strong analytical skills, and an accurate, structured approach.
• Fluent Dutch and English, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and take ownership.
