Business Analyst (Cybersecurity)

Location: Den Haag, Netherlands; hybrid with on-site presence three days per week

Rate: €95–€110 all-in, excluding VAT

What you will do

• Perform independent business analysis across multiple transformation initiatives.
• Analyse and document business processes, systems, responsibilities, controls, and operational scenarios.
• Gather stakeholder input through interviews, workshops, and working sessions.
• Translate objectives, risks, and improvement opportunities into business, functional, non-functional, operational, and security requirements.
• Develop use cases, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, Definitions of Done, and solution approaches.
• Maintain traceability and identify dependencies, gaps, risks, and shared information needs across initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, Solution Analyst, or in a comparable role.
• Experience in complex technology, infrastructure, telecommunications, or IT environments.
• Strong experience in requirements engineering, business process analysis, Agile delivery, and stakeholder management.
• Experience developing use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, and practical solution directions with architects and technical specialists.
• Experience with cybersecurity, security transformation, risk management, and security controls is strongly preferred.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
