Senior Business Product Analyst (Aviation)

Location: Netherlands; work from the office at least 3 days per week. Working from abroad is available for up to 8 weeks in the EU and Caribbean if the position allows it.

Salary: €4,295.29–€6,136.13 gross per month

What you will do

• Support hirify.global Cityhopper Crew and Fleet Planning products, including incident management, technical configuration, and rotating standby duties.
• Perform integration testing and user acceptance testing.
• Document current business processes, identify inefficiencies, design future processes, and support business change.
• Gather user requirements, translate them into features, and support the Product Owner with prioritization.
• Manage stakeholder communication and act as a bridge between business stakeholders and cross-functional colleagues in the Netherlands and Hungary.
• Investigate data issues and work on API specifications, data mappings, and SQL queries.

Requirements

• Bachelor-level education.
• At least 4 years of experience as a business analyst or technical business analyst.
• Proven SQL experience and familiarity with APIs.
• Ability to perform reliable documented analyses and structure requirements.
• Some experience with business process modelling.
• Willingness to work from the office at least 3 days per week and participate in rotating standby duties, including weekends when scheduled.
