Engagement Consultant (Pensions)

Location: Hybrid, with at least two days per week or 40% of working time at an office in Bristol, Birmingham, Leeds, or Halifax, United Kingdom

Salary: £40,824–£45,360 per year

What you will do

• Support the member engagement strategy for workplace pensions.
• Deliver clear pension briefings and presentations to workplace members and intermediary partners.
• Adapt presentations and communications for different audiences and client needs.
• Create informative engagement materials reflecting legislative, regulatory, and market developments.
• Gather feedback from advisers, employers, and members to improve content and customer experiences.
• Support client onboarding, relationship development, and expansion of engagement services.

Requirements

• Confident presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage different audiences.
• Ability to explain detailed or complex information clearly and accessibly.
• Experience creating or adapting presentations, communications, or engagement materials.
• Strong relationship-building, organisational, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Ability to gather feedback and use it to improve content or customer experiences.
• Commitment to positive and inclusive outcomes for members and clients.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of workplace pensions or the wider financial services industry.
• Experience delivering presentations, workshops, or educational sessions to workplace audiences.
• Experience working with employers, advisers, or intermediary partners.
• Understanding of member or customer engagement strategies.
• Experience with client onboarding, relationship development, UK pensions regulation, or digital engagement tools.
