Global Distribution Enablement Senior Consultant (Salesforce)

Location: London; hybrid work environment with remote and onsite work

What you will do

• Design, deliver, and manage customized enablement and training programs for global distribution.
• Plan and oversee strategic cross-functional projects from scope definition through completion, including budgets, resources, and communications.
• Build relationships with internal client groups, business divisions, and departments globally.
• Develop role-based curricula and instructional materials, and deliver live and virtual training.
• Analyze program effectiveness, define success metrics, and report progress and issues to sponsors and steering committees.
• Monitor project budgets and resource requirements, escalating gaps and risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 6–8+ years of experience in financial services, project management, and/or enablement or training.
• Experience managing strategic cross-functional projects and developing and delivering training programs.
• Strong presentation, communication, relationship-building, analytical, strategic-thinking, and project management skills.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Seismic, Tableau, and project management tools.
• Experience developing on-demand training content and enablement programs, plus Agile experience.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
