What you will do

• Own the Long Range Plan, Annual Plan, rolling forecasts, and Risk & Opportunity processes.
• Partner with senior executives on business performance, investment opportunities, resource allocation, market expansion, M&A evaluation, and strategic initiatives.
• Lead consolidated financial reporting, performance analysis, and weekly and monthly performance reviews.
• Develop scalable dashboards, indicators, analytics, and decision-support capabilities.
• Improve planning, reporting, automation, data quality, and self-service reporting with Finance Systems, BI, and Enterprise Data teams.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the FP&A team while building relationships across Finance, Operations, Product, Technology, and Commercial functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Significant experience in FP&A, commercial finance, corporate finance, or related finance leadership roles.
• Experience leading teams and planning, forecasting, management reporting, and performance management processes.
• Proven experience supporting senior executives in a global, matrix organization.
• Strong analytical, financial modelling, problem-solving, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced proficiency with planning, reporting, and business intelligence tools such as TM1, Anaplan, Power BI, D365, and SQL.

Nice to have

• Professional accounting qualification such as ACA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification.
• Experience in technology, digital, gaming, entertainment, software, or similarly fast-paced industries.
