FP&A Associate

Location: West London, United Kingdom; office-based four days a week with one remote day

Salary: £43,800–£50,000 per year

What you will do

• Conduct financial analysis and model the impact of new markets, operating model changes, pricing strategies, and cost-of-sale initiatives.
• Support budgeting and forecasting with department heads and business stakeholders.
• Monitor internal OPEX costs and maintain alignment with approved budgets.
• Analyse financial performance and variances, identifying corrective actions and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to automate, streamline, and improve the accuracy of financial processes.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in corporate finance, financial analysis, or a related field.
• Strong Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL skills, including financial modelling, large datasets, and business-data queries.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Progress toward or plans to pursue a CIMA, ACCA/ACA, or CFA qualification.
• Internship experience at a Big Four firm or a similar environment.
