Field Marketing Associate (AI Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end logistics for conferences, hosted dinners, regional activations, and other assigned events.
• Coordinate venues, shipping, booth setup and teardown, catering, signage, vendors, printers, and event materials.
• Track attendees, maintain CRM data quality, upload post-event leads, and manage contact lists and event calendars.
• Support event budgets, invoices, purchase requests, expense reconciliation, and vendor relationships.
• Prepare invitations, event communications, pre- and post-event nurture flows, and reporting on attendance, leads, and key conversations.
• Provide live event coverage, including hotel and badge coordination, on-site logistics, and day-of troubleshooting.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in events, hospitality, marketing, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vendors and deadlines simultaneously.
• Working knowledge of CRM systems, spreadsheets, and project tracking tools.
• Interest in AI infrastructure and willingness to develop technical fluency quickly.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States. Willingness to travel for events, work some evenings and weekends, and perform prolonged standing, walking, lifting, bending, and reaching during event setup and teardown is required.

Nice to have

• Project management or B2B technology marketing and sales experience.
• Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Experience supporting trade shows, conferences, or sponsored booths.
• Basic proficiency in Figma or Canva.
• Awareness of the AMD, ROCm, or broader AI infrastructure ecosystem.
