Field Marketing Coordinator

Salary: $90,000–$120,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Plan and execute field events, conferences, trade shows, executive dinners, and related activations.
• Manage event logistics, vendor communication, shipping, sales enablement, on-site coordination, and post-event follow-up.
• Research and evaluate events and sponsorship opportunities aligned with target customers and regional priorities.
• Partner with the SDR team on event targets, outreach, lead routing, and follow-up campaigns.
• Manage the sourcing, inventory, and shipment of swag, branded materials, and gifts.
• Maintain attendee and lead data, campaign attribution, lead routing, and event performance reporting.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, events, or operations; relevant internship experience is welcome.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative on smaller events.
• Ability to contribute to a fast-moving, sales-driven team.

• Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce.
