Commercial Finance Manager (Fintech)

Location: London, United Kingdom, with attendance at the office a couple of times a week

Salary: £60,000–£75,000 per year base salary

What you will do

• Own and scale the core financial model, including monthly forecasts and scenario planning.
• Lead the annual budgeting process in partnership with stakeholders across the business.
• Partner with department leads through monthly business reviews, providing spend visibility and actionable guidance.
• Own monthly board reporting and develop scalable reporting frameworks.
• Analyze unit economics, customer trends, KPIs, commercial risks, and growth opportunities.
• Support commission strategy and use AI tools and automation to improve workflows and forecast accuracy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of post-qualified experience in FP&A or commercial finance.
• Hands-on ownership of driver-based three-statement financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses.
• Ability to identify business drivers, commercial risks, and growth opportunities beyond the reported numbers.
• Ability to translate complex financial analysis into clear, decision-ready guidance for non-finance leads.
• Comfort with end-to-end ownership, detailed analysis, and supporting leadership decision-making.
