Logistics Associate – Warehouse 2 (GMP)

Location: Geleen, Netherlands; fully site-based. The role includes rotating day, night, and weekend shifts.

What you will do

• Perform goods receipt, labelling, storage, and inventory management in a validated GMP inventory system using SAP.
• Handle incoming patient materials such as apheresis and Leukopak, maintaining accurate chain-of-identity records.
• Complete commercial packing, final product shipments, and sample shipments in line with good distribution practices and GMP requirements.
• Complete and review GMP documentation and use GMP systems for daily activities.
• Operate and maintain equipment including large gas supplies, lift trucks, and dry shippers.
• Maintain clean, organised, and safe work areas while reporting deviations, quality concerns, and safety issues.

Requirements

• Technical education or equivalent experience, preferably in science or logistics.
• Entry-level experience of 0–4 years in manufacturing, science, logistics, or a related environment.
• Business-level English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail, prioritisation, and ability to perform routine and repetitive tasks while maintaining quality.
