Finance Analyst (German Speaker)

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan, Malaysia. The role is described as either on-site in PJ Selangor or fully remote from home, with working hours from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM MYT.

What you will do

• Contact delinquent customers by phone and email to drive collections and maintain customer relationships.
• Manage inbound stakeholder calls and resolve customer account queries.
• Coordinate daily order releases with the Credit team.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Service to resolve disputes and contract issues affecting collections.
• Reconcile customer accounts and clear unapplied cash and credit memos on time.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Fluent written and spoken German at minimum B2 level.
• Good written and spoken English is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Availability for the 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM MYT shift.

Nice to have

• Experience in a shared service environment.
• Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or another ERP system.
• Relevant professional certifications.
