Industrial Maintenance Technician (Aerospace Manufacturing)

Location: Getafe Area, Getafe (Madrid), Spain; onsite with availability for triple-shift work

What you will do

• Execute Level 4 and above corrective and preventive maintenance on complex industrial assets while following HSE rules.
• Troubleshoot automated and electrical systems and perform root-cause analysis to implement permanent technical solutions.
• Supervise and guide industrial maintenance operators during complex maintenance activities and interventions.
• Manage work orders throughout their lifecycle in the SAP-based CMMS, including data entry, tracking, and closure.
• Contribute to maintainability and reliability analyses, including PARETO, cost tracking, and RCM.
• Provide diagnostic feedback to maintenance leadership and asset teams to improve availability and meet MTTR objectives.

Requirements

• Senior Technical Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Automation, or Robotics.
• Proven experience with Level 4+ industrial maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience troubleshooting complex automated systems and machinery, including CNC, PLC, FANUC, Simotion, and Simatik.
• Strong knowledge of automation and electrical systems, with the ability to interpret mechanical and electrical diagrams or plans.
• Experience with CMMS tools such as SAP and familiarity with RCM and PARETO methodologies.
• Basic English and availability to work triple shifts are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kuka or FANUC industrial robots.
• Previous experience with aerospace or automotive manufacturing assets.
