Project & Construction Manager - Engineer/Architect (Temp Agency)

What you will do

• Deliver civil works and manage building and construction projects.
• Design facilities and office spaces.
• Apply ESG concepts to facility and construction activities.
• Manage technical requirements, planning, quality assurance, procedures, licenses, and administration.
• Control CapEx/OpEx and project-related finance.
• Engage teams, support collaboration, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Engineering or architecture qualification at EQF7/MECES 3 level.
• Mandatory professional experience in building and construction as a field engineer or project technical manager.
• At least 2 years of experience in construction or infrastructure projects; 5+ years is preferred.
• Experience in industrial construction projects is valuable.
• Project management, technical management, quality assurance, planning, negotiation, and financial control skills.
• High-level English is mandatory.
