Quality Operational Management A350 (Aerospace)

Location: Illescas, Spain; hybrid working model when possible.

hirify.global develops and manufactures aerospace products and operates the A350 production program.

What you will do

• Resolve urgent quality incidents on the production line and lead cross-functional Practical Problem Solving initiatives for complex technical issues.
• Act as the primary quality focal point for customers and lead multifunctional teams in resolving quality complaints.
• Define product quality requirements for inspection dossiers and manage quality authorizations and personnel certification.
• Oversee quality escapes, audits, manufacturing non-conformances, concessions, and compliance with industry quality standards.
• Lead quality process innovation and digitalization projects while providing compliance advice across the organization.
• Support the Component Delivery Team by aligning quality milestones with production goals and coaching colleagues on aviation safety.

Requirements

• Degree in aeronautical, industrial, or mechanical engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in a high-demand manufacturing environment.
• Strong interpersonal, persuasion, conflict-resolution, and cross-functional leadership skills with a proactive, hands-on approach.
• Advanced English required.
• Expertise in quality management tools, including PFMEA, MSA, and control plans, plus technical documentation and workflow drafting.

Nice to have

• Previous aerospace industry experience.
• Knowledge of SARI/SMS/Events (MC.PS.07) or Management of Non-Conformities (MC.QU.02).
