Focus on preventing musculoskeletal disorders, evaluating workplace hazards, implementing corrective actions, and training operators and managers in EHS and participatory ergonomics.
Location: Getafe Area, Spain; onsite plant-based role

What you will do
- Assess aircraft assembly workstations and production lines for ergonomic risks, including awkward postures, heavy lifting, and repetitive strain, using EMMA methodologies.
- Co-design ergonomic jigs, access platforms, tooling, and assembly lines with Manufacturing Engineering and Ramp Up teams.
- Perform virtual ergonomics analyses with human modeling and 3D/CAD simulation tools during early design phases.
- Monitor absenteeism and musculoskeletal disorder trends, then propose corrective and preventive action plans.
- Support managers in identifying workplace hazards, assessing occupational risks, and implementing appropriate controls.
- Investigate work-related incidents and promote EHS training, awareness campaigns, and inductions across the plant.
Requirements
- Fluent English and Spanish required for international collaboration and technical documentation.
- Knowledge of EHS requirements for industrial processes and applicable workplace laws and regulations.
- Ability to assess ergonomic and occupational risks and translate findings into practical controls.
- Strong communication and empathy skills for working with shop-floor operators, team leaders, managers, and central support teams.
- Entry-level experience profile within Manufacturing Engineering.
