Change Management & Analytics Lead (CPQ)

What you will do

• Lead the transition from decentralized pricing processes to a centralized CPQ system across all business units.
• Develop and execute change management strategies, communication plans, stakeholder engagement, and go-live activities.
• Coordinate with business and technical teams to manage deployment roadmaps, feedback, requirements, and operational improvements.
• Design performance monitoring programs, dashboards, pricing benchmarks, and automated alerts.
• Analyze pricing data and recommend strategic adjustments, including support for AI capabilities within the CPQ system.
• Identify defects, manage enhancement backlogs, conduct internal testing, and facilitate User Acceptance Testing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in program operations, stakeholder management, change management, systems deployment, or business analytics.
• Experience deploying at least two systems to diverse stakeholder groups in a global enterprise.
• Experience managing and analyzing large datasets and presenting concise, insightful results to management.
• Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, or Tableau, plus knowledge of AI and automation tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, or Power Automate.
• Knowledge of pricing, deal structures, commercial operations, or the ability to develop prescriptive analytics capabilities.
• Professional proficiency in spoken and written English is required. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; an MBA is preferred.

• Training in Lean practices.
• At least two years of consulting or cross-functional experience.
