What you will do
- Define and drive the OneLIMS program strategy, roadmap, business case, governance, communication structure, and budget architecture.
- Lead complex, multi-site LIMS implementation and deployment across the global QC laboratory network.
- Manage OPEX/CAPEX budgets, resource allocation, financial accountability, ROI tracking, and benefits realization.
- Ensure solution consistency and compliance with GxP regulations, data integrity principles, and cybersecurity requirements.
- Coordinate interdependencies with ERP, QC laboratory instrument connectivity, and other strategic programs.
- Manage stakeholders, vendors, risks, integrations, user adoption, and continuous improvement across global teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of program or project management experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences, including 5+ years in senior program leadership.
- Experience managing complex, strategic, multi-site global programs with budgets exceeding €10M.
- Hands-on experience with LIMS or comparable enterprise scientific or quality systems.
- Deep knowledge of GxP, FDA, EMA, data integrity, cybersecurity, QC laboratory operations, and regulated environments.
- Advanced portfolio, resource, stakeholder, vendor, change, risk, financial, and business process re-engineering capabilities.
- Master's degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is required; PgMP preferred and PMP minimum.
