Network Business Analyst (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Support Project Managers, Project Directors, and employees within customer-managed projects.
• Act as the first point of contact for project-related queries and coordinate issue resolution.
• Manage employee administration processes, including onboarding, departures, transfers, and system updates.
• Track absences, identify sickness trends, and highlight related cost implications.
• Coordinate presentations, team and customer meetings, minutes, and Project Director diary management.
• Support month-end administration, daily-rate allocation, rolling forecasts, revenue recognition, and liaison with Management Accounts.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to collaborate across the Team Coordinator function and understand its contribution to the commercial business.
• Ability to coordinate with HR, Fleet, Resourcing, HR-PSC, Amex, BT, and other departments.
• Ability to work accurately within project deadlines and maintain project and financial information.
