Entry Level Help Desk Technician

Location: Dayton, OH, United States; hybrid work may be available for eligible associates after training, with up to two work-from-home days per week.

What you will do

• Respond to and diagnose service issues reported by dealership customers.
• Own customer issues from initial contact through resolution.
• Follow call center procedures and document issues in the call-tracking tool.
• Record troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
• Assign issues to the appropriate support resources and verify resolution.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent qualification in a related field.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Troubleshooting skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
