IT Technician

Location: College Station, Texas, United States. Hybrid work may be available after training for eligible associates, with up to two work-from-home days per week.

What you will do

• Provide in-house hardware and software support for associates.
• Respond to support calls and tickets, troubleshoot issues, and repair and maintain end-user systems.
• Manage network devices, VoIP systems, Active Directory accounts, email, and business applications.
• Support desktop and server operating systems, PCs, printers, and telephony.
• Research new technologies and solve more complex problems through special projects.

Requirements

• Two-year IT degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to identify cable colors for terminating and inspecting Cat 6 cables.
• Ability to sit at a desk, stand, walk throughout a shift, and lift more than 50 pounds, with occasional kneeling, crouching, crawling, and climbing.
• Flexible schedule with availability for evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.
• Valid driver's license with fewer than two moving violations in the last three years and no OVI, DUI, or DWI violations in the last five years.
