Junior Service Desk Technician

Location: On-site in Waddell, Arizona, United States; flexible shift start times between 2:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

Salary: $15 per hour

What you will do

• Act as the first point of contact for customers through calls, emails, and system-generated requests.
• Create, manage, and accurately document support tickets.
• Provide timely notifications and updates according to established procedures and SOPs.
• Support equipment shipping, receiving, inventory, asset tracking, and storeroom operations.
• Assist with laptop resets, peripheral fulfillment, mobility updates, and package tracking.
• Document solutions and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication, customer service, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and common IT tools.
• Ability to follow SOPs, multitask, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work on-site in Waddell and maintain a flexible schedule within designated operating hours.
• Ability to pass a background check before hiring.
