Sales and Technical Support Representative (Printing and Graphic Solutions)

Location: Hybrid position based at the site in Remetea Mare (Timișoara), Romania, with customer visits across Romania and Moldova

Salary: RON 101,500–162,400 yearly

What you will do

• Manage and expand an assigned customer portfolio across Romania and Moldova.
• Provide technical consultation by phone and email, recommending product solutions aligned with customer requirements.
• Analyze customer needs and prepare technical specifications and commercial proposals across the product portfolio.
• Educate end-users and converters on specialized solutions to support market adoption.
• Collaborate with Field Sales Representatives, Customer Service, and Technical Support teams.
• Conduct customer-site visits for claims management, technical presentations, and business development.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in technical business support or commercial roles.
• Full professional proficiency in Romanian and English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to develop client relationships, identify complex business requirements, and communicate solutions to diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn the technical aspects of the pressure-sensitive industry and printing and graphic solutions market.
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork, learning, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
