What you will do

• Create and manage quotes for complex use cases within established processes.
• Coordinate complex quoting cases with sales, renewals, deal desk, licensing, and related teams.
• Engage with Sales to collect all details required for accurate quoting.
• Maintain current knowledge of quoting policies, licensing, pricing, products, and processes.
• Provide quoting process and policy expertise to internal and external teams.
• Improve and standardize operational processes across regional teams to strengthen collaboration and customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a B2B environment with coordination and administrative responsibilities.
• Fluent English required.
• Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and logical reasoning.
• Ability to manage large amounts of information, multitask, work independently, and adapt to changing responsibilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and aptitude for learning new software and systems.
