TL;DR
Senior Logistic Specialist (Logistics): Supporting customer delivery, warehouse coordination, import/export operations, and supply chain activities for the China business with an accent on customs compliance, inventory control, and cross-functional coordination. Focus on resolving logistics exceptions, improving processes, and supporting R4 / One Renesas transformation initiatives.

Location: Shanghai, China; onsite only

What you will do

  • Execute logistics operations supporting customer delivery and business continuity.
  • Coordinate import/export activities, customs compliance, and logistics documentation.
  • Support PVGDC warehouse management, inventory control, and KPI achievement.
  • Manage logistics exceptions and coordinate issue resolution with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to process improvements and R4 / One hirify.global transformation initiatives.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly, embrace change, and take ownership of problem solving.
  • Comfort working in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
  • English communication skills required.

Nice to have

  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, or customer support.
  • Exposure to ERP/SAP systems and data analysis.
