Executive, Corporate Operations

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day operations for corporate clients and restaurant vendors.
• Analyze and improve business processes, procedures, and workflows.
• Support a positive customer journey and minimize operational uncertainty.
• Track order and delivery metrics and maintain reports for data-driven decisions.
• Optimize fleet operations and support on-the-ground couriers when required.
• Complete related ad hoc operational tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in operations management, supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of work experience; prior operations experience is preferred.
• Good command of English and Cantonese in verbal and written communication.
• Strong attention to detail, structured thinking, prioritization, and process improvement skills.
• Data-driven mindset with analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Basic Excel and Google Sheets skills, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.

Nice to have

• Experience in the food and beverage or e-commerce industry.
• Experience working with various systems and tools.
